Defense Grant Writers provides proposal writing and consulting services for defense solicitations including DoD SBIR/STTR, DARPA BAA responses, AFWERX proposals, ARPA-E applications, NATO DIANA proposals, Army D2P2 technical volumes, and related defense funding opportunities. Our services are detailed in the milestones and statements of work documents provided to clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials and information required for the proposal, including but not limited to:

• Technical documentation, research papers, and references to be cited.
• Technology descriptions, system specifications, and performance data.
• Business plans, commercialization strategies, and market analysis.
• Team biosketches and organizational capability statements.
• Prior test results, prototype data, and Technology Readiness Level documentation.
• Edits, revisions, and input on drafts prepared by our writers.

Clients must verify company and/or Principal Investigator (PI) eligibility, complete required registrations (SAM, DSIP, etc.), and read solicitation guidance and instructions.

4. Collaboration and Communication

Clients are expected to participate in regular project calls (weekly or bi-weekly) and promptly respond to requests for input or clarification from our writers. Clients are also responsible for completing application forms, developing project budgets, checking final documents, uploading applications, monitoring for submission errors, and submitting proposals.

5. Use of Logo

Clients agree to allow Defense Grant Writers to use their company logo on our website and marketing materials for showcasing collaborations on defense proposals. This permission can be revoked at any time with written notice.

6. No Guarantee of Funding

While Defense Grant Writers will make every effort to contribute to a successful proposal, we do not control the decisions of review panels, study sections, or funding agencies. We do not guarantee that proposals will be funded, and we are not liable for uncompetitive or rejected proposals.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created during the engagement, including drafts, documents, and related materials, will be owned by the client. Defense Grant Writers retains the right to use anonymized versions of these materials for marketing and educational purposes.

8. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and materials provided. Confidential information will not be shared with third parties without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Defense Grant Writers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the Website.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website and our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law
